Greeting from the Manager of Guthrie Residency and Fellowship Programs

Nancy Pease, MBA

As the Manager of the Residency and Fellowship Programs, it is a privilege to be a team member of our Graduate Medical Education Department. My position allows me to interact and coach the GME Team, Residents, Fellows, Faculty and Student learners. The position is ideal as it aligns with my background experience in Nursing, combined with a master’s degree in business and ACGME program management.  Whether it is attracting and recruiting applicants, guiding staff members, or experiencing the joy of our highly qualified graduates, every day is a pleasure employed in Graduate Medical Education. My saying is, “we are growing qualified physicians and the leaders of tomorrow.”
